Training Schedule

Monday - Thursday

  • 06:00 PM – Fitness (Build strength and improve overall conditioning with our comprehensive program.)
  • 10:00 AM – Endurance (Perfect for those starting their fitness journey. Learn proper form and techniques.)
  • 11:00 AM – Fitness (Intense weekend session for those who want to push their limits.)
  • 04:00 PM – Endurance (Practical exercises for everyday movements and activities.)
  • 07:00 PM – Strength (End your day with an energizing full-body workout.)

Friday

  • 05:30 PM – Free Workout (Take your cardio to the next level with this challenging workout.)

Saturday

  • 09:00 AM – Free Workout (Focus on core strength and flexibility to improve overall performance.)
